On March 11, PHC Chief Justice Qaiser Rashid Khan had ordered the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to ban the app for promoting immoral, objectionable content.
The mass vaccination centres being established in the top 15 Covid-19 affected cities including Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Abbottabad and Mansehra.
A vaccination centre has been established at Isolation Hospital and Infectious Treatment Centre (IHITC) in Islamabad, where around 4000 people would be vaccinated against coronavirus on daily basis.
"I understand most of the judges are unaware of the tech working models, I'll request the Chief Justice of Pakistan to intervene and the Ministry of Science and Technology will work with Judiciary for tech modules for judges," the minister tweeted.
PTA banned the Chinese video-sharing app in Pakistan following PHC's verdict.
"All universities and HEIs in the above-mentioned cities shall remain closed for physical attendance during March 15-28, 2021."
"Universities are advised to ensure strict observance of the COVID-19 minimum health and safety protocols i.e., thermal scanning, wearing facemasks, social distancing, availability and regular use of sanitisers, and disinfection of buildings," says HEC.
On Friday, the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) said that at 13.62 %, Peshwar has the second-highest positivity rate of COVID-19 cases in the country.
During the past 24 hours, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa reported 277 new cases and 11 deaths from the virus.

NCOC said on Thursday that Peshawar has the second highest positivity rate of 13.34 %.
