He said despite atrocities of the brute Indian forces, the Kashmiri people were determined to continue their liberation struggle till the achievement of their right to self-determination.
He regretted that some people ridicule PM's idea of Riasat-e-Madina, adding, that “It is the law of nature that a tree does not bear fruit in first year”.
The PM will also address a public gathering in Kotli, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
"Today, on this Kashmir Solidarity Day, we reaffirm our resolute support for our Kashmiri brothers and sisters, who continue to be subjected to an inhuman military siege and communications blockade since 5 August 2019," the PM said.
She said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had highlighted the Kashmir issue at international forums and briefed the United States about the sensitivity of Kashmir issue.
