imageISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman is all set to launch the party's election campaign from Sunday (April 21) by addressing rallies across the country to woo the voters cast their decision in favour of change.

According to an official statement issued here on Friday, the campaign of the PTI was launched on April 16 from Lodheran and Multan.

However, the intra-party row over the distribution of party tickets, internal strife between the office-bearers of the party and the attack at Imran Khan's home by the party's protesting workers resulted into delay in the campaign.

"PTI announces its electioneering campaign all over the country according to the press release issued by the Central Media office. The Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan will address public gathering during the election campaign which are going to be held across the country," said the statement.

As per the announcement, Imran Khan would address public gatherings in Karak and Dera Ismail Khan on April 21, while on 22nd April, Khan would be addressing jalsas in Malkand Agency, Lower Dir and Upper Dir.

On 23rd April, Imran would be in Sahiwal Division, starting from Renala Khurd, Okara, while on 24th April, he would be addressing jalsas in Lahore Division, including Kasur, Nankana Sahib and Sheikhupura.

On 25th April, Imran Khan would be addressing jalsas (political gatherings) in Pakpattan and Southern Punjab, including Lodhran and Vehari; while on 26th April, Imran Khan would be in Multan.

Imran Khan would be visiting Interior Sindh on 27th April while on 28th April, the PTI chairman would address a huge jalsa in Karachi.

Imran Khan would focus on Northern Punjab on 29th April while he would be addressing jalsas in his hometown, Mianwali on 30th April where he is contesting from NA-71 while on NA-72, Amjad Khan Niazi, the son of late politician Dr Sher Afgan Niazi is contesting polls on PTI's ticket.

Imran Khan would be visiting Balochinstan on May 1st while on May 2nd, the PTI chief would be addressing jalsas in Sialkot and other parts of Gujranwala Division.

Imran Khan would be again in KP on May 3 and this time around, he would be addressing jalsas in Hazara Division while the following day on May 4, Khan would be addressing in Charsadda, Nowshera, Mardan and Swabi. On May 5, Imran Khan would be addressing jalsa in Faislabad Division while on May 6, the PTI chairman would again be addressing Jalsas in Lahore from where he is contesting from NA-122, Lahore.

Imran Khan would be addressing Gujranwala Jalsa and PTI GT Road Rally on 7th May while on 8th May, Khan would be addressing another rally on GT Road.

On May 9, Khan would be addressing his final Jalsa in Rawalpindi.
