Some 144,7291 persons were enlisted for observation, including 29,110 in quarantine at facilities operated by the government, 1,410 in isolation and 124,739 in home surveillance.

The onus of creating an enabling environment for further progress rests with India, the PM said.
"India must take necessary steps to meet the long-standing demand & right of the Kashmiri people to self determination acc to UNSC resolutions," the PM tweeted.
The incidents of systematic violence and mass rapes in IIOJK have been documented by a number of independent Commissions, human rights organzations, global media and civil society organizations, including the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the FO said.
“The number of successful applicants for domicile certificates that appear to be from outside Jammu and Kashmir raises concerns that demographic change on a linguistic, religious and ethnic basis is already underway,” the UN experts said.
The experts are in contact with the Indian government on this matter.
