An announcement was made by DoAM earlier this year, to take steps to promote tourism through the digitization of historical and religious sites in Pakistan, followed by conservation and restoration work on heritage sites.
Prior to this collaboration, TPL Trakker signed agreements with the Sialkot, Gujranwala, Multan and Faisalabad Waste Management Companies, as well as the DG Khan Municipal Company, all from Punjab. DMC Korangi is the first DMC in Sindh to undertake this initiative.
With the partnership, TPL Maps’ Location-Based Service (LBS) APIs will not only optimize foodpanda’s time efficiency and restaurant selection but also enhance their delivery services with orders delivered to the correct address at the right time.
Following the partnership, Telenor will have access to data covering 600,000 km of road network, 3 million points of interest (POIs), which will enable the telecom operator to offer tailored products and solutions for B2B customers as per their needs.
Through this collaboration, TPL Maps, the mapping arm of TPL Trakker, will play a critical role in helping the people of Pakistan during this pandemic by mapping, analyzing, and reporting cases across major cities.
