The agreement includes weekly UFC livestreams that will feature behind-the-scenes footage and interactions with athletes, TikTok said in a blog post here.
Glance's parent, mobile advertising technology firm InMobi, also owns short-video app Roposo that has gained in popularity after TikTok was banned by the Indian government in July last year.
SoftBank is a backer of InMobi Pte as well as TikTok's Chinese parent, ByteDance, the report added.
The plan by Donald Trump was driven by concerns that TikTok and other Chinese online services posed security risks because of their ties to the Beijing government.
Recently, the mobile app rating company Sensor Tower released its latest report, according to which the mobile chat application Telegram has gone on to become the most downloaded non-gaming app in the world in the first month of 2021.
TikTok has claimed the lives of many youngsters, who while trying to shoot short videos for the app, had lost their lives, stated the petitioner.
These applications have become a source of promoting vulgar content and no action had been taken despite bringing the matter to the notice of the authorities concerned including the PTA.
India decided to keep its ban on video app TikTok and 58 other Chinese apps after reviewing the companies' responses on issues such as compliance and privacy.
India's Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has issued fresh notices to make permanent a ban imposed on TikTok and 58 other Chinese applications.
The Ministry, in its decision in June, stated that these applications were "prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order”.
People briefed on the matter said Tuesday it was unlikely any deal would be reached before Trump leaves office on Wednesday. The Treasury Department did not respond to repeated requests for comment.

Nichols issued an order in a suit filed by ByteDance after US District Court Judge Wendy Beetlestone in Pennsylvania earlier blocked the same restrictions set to take effect on Nov. 12.
The ban would have required Apple Inc and Alphabet’s Google to remove the app from their stores, preventing new users from downloading it or existing users downloading updated versions.
On Dec. 4, the Trump administration opted not to grant TikTok-owner ByteDance a new extension of an order requiring the company to divest TikTok’s U.S. assets, but talks have continued over the short video-sharing app’s fate.
The Treasury Department said late on Friday the government "is engaging with ByteDance to complete the divestment and other steps necessary to resolve the national security risks."
