imageLAHORE: A one-judge tribunal holding an inquiry into the Model Town incident Saturday concluded its proceedings.

Earlier, Asad Ali Khan, Deputy Director ISI, appeared before the tribunal and submitted an analysis report except for cell phone numbers issued by the Warid Telecom Company. It incorrectly sent the cell phone data of July 16 and 17 instead of June 16 and 17. The tribunal issuing notice sought cell data of the numbers from Warid Telecom Company.

Muhammad Hanif Khatana, Advocate General Punjab, submitted a statement/affidavit of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, through his authorized agent, Abdul Qayyum, Special Secretary, Chief Minister Office, which was made part of the record.

Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera, Inspector General of Police, Punjab told the tribunal that requisite security had been provided to Abdullah Malik, President Civil Society Network. He further assured it of an expeditious and transparent investigation of the FIR wherein theft of a vehicle belonging to Abdullah Malik was reported.
