imageActress Gwyneth Paltrow says she feels ‘close to the common woman’, insisting she's just like all other women because despite her fame, she seeks the same things as others.

According to foreign media reports she said, "I'm incredibly close to the common woman in that I'm a woman and I'm a mother and we all are in a physical body with beating hearts with compassion and love we are all seekers ... we all want fulfillment, we all want to live our best lives. We want to be healthy and happy and squeeze the most we can out of life. I think that's all women”.

The ‘Iron Man’ actress, who has children Apple 10 and Moses, eight, with former partner Chris Martin, continued to say she is keen to be seen as a normal woman.“I see myself as an actor and a mother and as an entrepreneur. I don’t see myself as a guru at all. I’m not a guru because I’m the one asking the questions. I’m not purporting to know anything”, she added.

Oscar-winning actress has earned the award for Outstanding Performance in ‘Shakespeare in Love’ in a leading role. In April 2013, Paltrow was named People magazine's ‘Most Beautiful Woman’. In March 2014, Paltrow announced that she and Chris Martin had separated after ten years of marriage.
