Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui had filed an application in the Supreme Court on April 28, requesting for fixing his case at the earliest, as he was going to retire on June 30.
Fawad said the IHC would take up the appeal of Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz on Tuesday in a multi-billion rupee property case that came to light in London through the Panama Papers.
During the course of proceeding the NAB prosecutor requested the bench to dismiss the appeals of former prime minister against his imprisonment sentences due to non pursuance and absence.
The petitioners prayed the court to turn down the section 3 and 18 of Christian Marriage Act 1872 as these were contradicting the Articles 4,9,25 and 35 of the Constitution.
