Trump "will be in for one of the most embarrassing defeats a president ever suffered before the highest court in the land" if he asks it to invalidate ballots counted after Election Day.
As Trump vented his frustration on Twitter over the slow vote count, the Biden camp expressed confidence it was on track to win enough of the remaining close state races.
The two companies have been under fierce scrutiny over how they police rapidly spreading false information and election-related abuses of their platforms. In the weeks leading up to Tuesday’s vote, they both vowed to take action on posts by candidates trying to declare early victory.
The three loans, which are against Trump properties and start coming due in two years, are current on payments and personally guaranteed by the president, according to two bank officials.
Facebook said its election center is also tracking other issues such as the actions by supporters of President Donald Trump to surround campaign buses for Democrat Joe Biden.
"You have to have a date, and the date happens to be November 3," he said during a visit to Republican National Committee offices in Arlington, Virginia.
A record-breaking number of early votes -- more than 100 million -- have already been cast in an election that has the nation on edge and is being closely watched in capitals around the world.
And Trump sought to recapture the spirit of his shock win four years ago by casting himself as the rebel against an "arrogant, corrupt, ruthless" establishment.
Biden, the 77-year-old former vice president, has enjoyed a solid lead over Trump, 74, in the national polls for months, at times reaching double digits.
Fauci said Biden was "taking it seriously from a public health perspective", while Trump was "looking at it from a different perspective… the economy and reopening the country".
For the first time since the start of the campaign, Biden will be joined on stage in Michigan by his former boss and most popular campaigner Barack Obama.
