A national workshop will discuss and resolve policy issues regarding small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on August 3 at Islamabad. Minister for Industries, Production and Special Initiatives Jehangir Tareen will chair the workshop.
Union of Small and Medium Enterprises President Zulfikar Thever said on Saturday that the SME policy document had now been drafted and a final round of discussions with key policy-makers and other stakeholders would take place before the policy draft was finalised.
