Fuji Film to sponsor Asian football tourney

Fuji Film will sponsor two tournaments of Asian Football Championship, held after every two years.
With a view to enhancing the brand image in the participating countries, Fuji Film had obtained the sponsorship of this prestigious event for three tournaments from 2003 to 2007.
According to a spokesman of the company in Pakistan, Fuji Film has been active in promotion of sports activities world over. It has also been an active sponsor of the FIFA World Cup.
It may be mentioned that the East Asian Football Federation was established in 2002.
Meanwhile, the company has decided to sign a three-year sponsorship contract with the Italian Football Federation and until Word Cup 2006, Fuji Film will be the official sponsor of the Italian National A-Team, the under 21 team and the youth team, the spokesman said.
