SARGODHA: Two people including a woman were killed while two others sustained injuries in road accidents in Sillanwali and Atta Shaheed police stations on Saturday.
Police said that Muhammad Iftikhar and his sister Sakeena, residents of Sillanwali were riding a motorbike when a rashly driven truck hit them near Chak-123 South.
As a result, Iftikhar died on the spot while his sister suffered injuries. They were shifted to local hospital.
Similarly, a tractor trolley hit a motorcycle at Faisalabad By-pass, causing the death of Fatima Bibi and injuries to her husband Noor Amin.
Police have registered cases and started investigation.
