Chairman Punjab Board of Investment & Trade, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan met Chief Minister Punjab, Usman Buzdar at Chief Minister House where views were exchanged in order to increase investment opportunities in the region. On the occasion, Chairman PBIT gave a detailed briefing to Chief Minister Punjab on the steps taken in this regard and the problems currently being faced by the traders, investors and Chamber of Commerce businessmen.
Chief Minister Punjab assured him that government is taking concrete steps in order to facilitate all of them and said that employment opportunities would be generated due to increase in investment opportunities in the region and for this, we will provide every possible support to the foreign investors in this regard.
He further said that Punjab Government is with their traders and investors at each and every level and advised Chairman PBIT, to visit Chamber of Commerce and industries in different regions of Punjab, and resolve their problems and issues on priority, and encourage overseas Pakistanis to visit Punjab and facilitate their visits, and give assurance to them that Government of Punjab is with them and will provide every possible support to their investors wherever required.
Chairman PBIT thanked Chief Minister Punjab on behalf of the traders, investors and all businessmen's on his assurance for the resolution of their issues on priority and said that he will shared detailed report with him after visiting all the chambers in Punjab.-PR
