She said that 613 confirmed cases had been reported and 24 patients died in Punjab during the last 24 hours while a total of 3,242 patients had died in Punjab.
In a statement issued here, she said that the opposition soaked in the virus of corruption and only worried about their nefarious politics rather than the public.
One of the parks will span across 13,700 acres at the Kalar Kahar Salt Range while two recreational parks will be built at Kheri Murat and Pabbi Rasool spreading across 8,749 acres and 38,874 acres respectively.
Awan said that the move will not only provide safe havens for wildlife but also promote tourism in the province.
“The government has already given a national plan on coronavirus to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) and it is everyone's responsibility to implement it,” she said.
She said that the alliance of opposition parties was only to safeguard their personal interests and looted money and they had nothing to do with people’s problem.
She said under the University of Child Health, three schools would be established i.e. School of Postgraduate Nursing, School of Allied Medical Sciences and School of Pediatric.
The decision of imposing ban on public gatherings would be taken in consultation with other stakeholders, she said, and added that lives of people mattered most.
The opposition parties had the right to criticize the government policies but they should not indulge in weakening state institutions by giving irresponsible statements, she added.
The SACM on Information said the world had become a global village, adding that digitalization of Pakistan was the only option to connect Pakistan with rest of the world.
