Fake currency making gang smashed

LAHORE: Ichhra police claimed to have arrested four culprits including a woman involved in printing of fake foreign currency and ATM cards.

On a tip-off, police raided and arrested the culprits and recovered fake dollars, passports, ATM cards and machinery from their possession. The accused used fake ATM cards to get money from ATM machines.

The arrested accused have been identified as Farzana, software engineer Ahmad, Nasir and Jasim.

Further investigation was under way.
