BRIndex30 falls by 52.14 points

KARACHI: On Friday, BRIndex30 opened at 10,740.07. It touched an intraday high of 10,890.42 and an intraday low of 10,728.08 and closed at 10,792.21, which was 52.14 points or 0.49 per cent higher than previous close.

Total volume was 237,671,764, which was 70.91 percent of KSE All share volume and 98.64 per cent of KSE 100 volume. The KSE All Share volume was 335,166,575 and KSE 100 volume was 240,947,295.

BR Tech. and Comm. Index closed at 454.00 with a net positive change of 33.02 points or a percentage change of 7.84 and a total turnover of 107,407,607.

BR Cement Index closed at 1,131.04 with a net negative change of -16.36 points or a percentage change of -1.43 and a total turnover of 49,289,491.

BR Commercial Banks Index closed at 3,327.01 with a net positive change of 28.16 points or a percentage change of 0.85 and a total turnover of 36,732,757.

BR Power Generation and Distribution Index closed at 2,202.25 with a net negative change of -6.47 points or a percentage change of -0.29 and a total turnover of 13,174,889.

BR Oil and Gas Index closed at 3,057.54 with a net positive change of 32.2 points or a percentage change of 1.06 and a total turnover of 8,749,256.
