Weather turns pleasant after light rain

Light rain in Lahore and other parts of the country on Friday turned the weather pleasant. Meanwhile, similar spells of rain were also reported from other parts of the country including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, various cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir. According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a westerly wave is affecting most parts of the country and it is likely to affect different parts of the country during next few days. The Met Office has predicted more rain during next 24 hours in other parts of the country as well.
