A Union Council councillor killed a person and injured his son over a petty dispute here on Sunday. The dispute emerged over parking of a motorcycle in street outside the residence of the local bodies member in Nawan Shehr, Abbottabad. The culprit got annoyed when the bike was parked again in street despite repeated warnings.
