Addressing the "Waseela-e-Haq Programme" gathering in the federal capital after his three-day visit to Thailand.
He said, "I told the international community, 'don't give us fish, teach us how to fish.'"
The President said that Russia and Turkey have agreed on the concept of currency exchange.
Talking further, he said, "The youth should set up businesses," and added, "That will help strengthen the economy."
President Zardari said, "We distributed cash among low income earners."
