The Chief Justice and the Judges of the High Court of Sindh have ordered transfers and postings of District and Sessions Judges with immediate effect in the public interest. Fahim Ahmed Siddiqui has been transferred from Registrar, High Court of Sindh to Karachi (East) vice Syed Shakeel Hyder transferred, said a statement on Friday. Syed Shakeel Hyder has been transferred from Karachi (East) to Tharparkar at Mithi vice Syed Inam ur Rahman transferred.
Syed Inam ur Rahman has been transferred from Tharparkar at Mithi and directed to report to Sindh High Court, a post of OSD (B-21) be created for drawing monthly salary. Khalid Hussain Shahani has been transferred from Jacobabad to Shaheed Benazirabad vice Amjad Ali Kazi transferred. Amjad Ali Kazi has been transferred from Shaheed Benazirabad and directed to report to High Court, a post of OSD (B-21) be created for drawing monthly salary.
Sohail Jabbar Malik has been transferred from Karachi South to Tando Adam vice Azmat Ali Khan Lodhi has been transferred from Tando Adam and directed to report to High Court, a post of OSD (B-20) be created for drawing monthly salary. Asif Majid Qureshi, Additional Registrar, Research High Court of Sindh has been posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Matiyari against the newly created post.
