LAHORE: Speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, here Saturday and exchanged views on various matters.

Both congratulated each other on assuming their respective offices and expressed best wishes for each other.

Overall political situation of the country and matters of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting. The sources claimed that matters concerning upcoming Senate elections also came under discussion.
