FAISALABAD: Fesco Chief Executive Arshad Munir has said that Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) has finalized the arrangements for the arrival of Ramadan. All possible steps are being taken to provide relief to the victims.
He said this while visiting Fesco Distribution Control Center (DCC). He further said that in this regard, to monitor uninterrupted power supply to Fesco headquarters a special cell has been set up. He will personally oversee the Fesco headquarters and the monitoring cell set up in the five circles.
In addition to forming special teams at the circle, division and sub-divisional level for immediate redressal of consumer grievances, emergency trolley transformers have been provided to sub-divisions in case of burning of transformers. The Chief Executive further said that no effort would be spared to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity to the common household consumers during Suhoor, Iftar and Taraweeh prayers in Ramadan so that consumers could perform their worship. He further said that individual complaints of consumers would also be resolved immediately.
He said that the Fesco staff has been directed to treat the customers with utmost cordiality and take immediate steps to resolve their issues in the spirit of service.
