Brendon McCullums Lahore Qalandars are all set to take on Islamabad United in the 14th match of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Monday.
Lahore Qalandars are currently positioned right at the bottom of the points table courtesy Karachi Kings back to back wins; first, against the Islamabad United in rain marred match and then against Peshawar Zalmi last night.
Qalandars have been rather patchy in the ongoing tournament; they lost to Zalmi in a low-scoring thriller last week. The losing spree continued in the next game despite posting mammoth 200 runs on the board against Quetta Gladiators on Saturday, the target was chased down turning the game into a PSL bestseller.
On the other hand, United remain consistent despite all the spot fixing fuss, and are positioned at number two on the PSL points table. The side boosts a lethal bowling attack consisting of Muhammad Sami, Irfan and quality spinners would be eyeing to continue with their winning ways.
