RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC-I) on Monday ordered Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to produce witnesses to record their statements and for cross-questioning in Benazir Bhutto murder case and adjourned the hearing till May 21.
According to details as hearing started today accused Aitzaz shah, Hussnain Gul,Rafaqat,Rasheed Ahmed ,Sher zaman, former SSP Yasin Farooq and former CPO Saud Aziz appeared before the court while other witnesses and official prosecutor did not turn up for hearing of the case.
ATC judge Rai Ayub Marth expressed annoyance and directed FIA to produce the witnesses on next hearing.
