As the World Cup 2015 inches closer, Bollywood stars starts showing their support for their national Cricket Team. Currently, Deepika Padukone joins the Nike ‘Bleed Blue’ campaign to support Indian cricket team in an upcoming mega event.
The actress posted a picture of herself on Twitter sporting the new team India jersey. She tweeted, “Who will #bleedblue with me? Victory in 2015. @bcci @nikecricket”.
According to Indian media reports, ‘Ram-Leela’ actress said, “As a cricket fan and active athlete, I felt a great sense of pride when I first put on the national team jersey. Cricket is the biggest sport in India and the passion for the game is incredible across the country. Like every cricket fan, I look forward to great success for Team India in 2015”.
Recently, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had unveiled the new jersey of the Indian cricket team in the presence of its national squad and Nike, the official kit sponsor and apparel brand of Team India.
