Jude Law would not mind reprising his role in a sequel to 2006 romantic comedy 'The Holiday'. The British actor starred with Kate Winslet, Cameron Diaz and Jack Black in the Nancy Meyers directed film ‘The Holiday’, one of a favourite Christmas movies.
According to media reports he said, “It was a great script with a really fine director and good man - Kevin Macdonald. I like the way the story was a mixture of a sort of social comment about skilled, experienced men who have somewhat been spat out by society and disused”.
‘The Holiday’ also featured Eli Wallach, who passed away at the age of 98 back in June. His character Arthur Abbott recited one of the most memorable lines from the film, ‘In the movies we have leading ladies and we have the best friend. You, I can tell, are a leading lady. But for some reason you are behaving like the best friend’.
Jude Law also grabbed audience attention with scenes he had with his on-screen daughters Sophie (Miffy Englefield) and Olivia (Emma Pritchard).
