BEIJING: China, the world's top gold producer, produced 39.844 tonnes of the precious metal in October, bringing total output in the first ten months of the year to 347.653 tonnes, the industrial website China Gold Association said on Tuesday.
Total gold output between January and October was up 7.7 percent compared with the same period a year ago, the association said.
