imageISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Central Leader Senator Mushahidullah Khan said Wednesday that there was great need of unity on national level issues and opposition should stand with the government.

Talking to a private news channel he said that Kashmir was the core issue between India and Pakistan. Pakistan would never give-up its stance on Kashmir.

He said media should focus on national issues instead of highlighting meaningless issues. Indian media always united against Pakistan and for this purpose, even film were used too.

He added that the issue of Kulbhushan Yadav was discussed in the secretaries' level meeting between India and Pakistan which was a great development.

He said, "This issue has internationalized however India was denying it so far. We should realize that Kulbhushan was not alone, an Indian network was operating in Balochistan via Iran. Pakistan could not highlight the issue effectively except raising it in the UN."

Both countries should solve the problems of their people but the attitude of Indian media has always been negative regarding Pakistan. The core issue was Kashmir which should be resolved according to the resolutions of the United Nations. Dialogue should be held but the issues especially core issue should be addressed, he added.
