We are EHS and QA/QC compliant following international standards. Our Piling Division is the largest in Pakistan having the latest straight rotary Rigs. We have in-house capabilities to design and execute pile foundation works as well as various pile foundation tests with relevant testing equipment.
Being pioneers in ready mix concrete, Lucky- Paragon Ready-mix was started in a JV with Lucky Cement. LPR was the first commercial Ready-mix Company to supply and sell concrete in the market. We have proudly achieved high strength concrete of up to 12,000 PSI cylindrical.
As a General Contractor, our MEP division is capable of undertaking all kinds of jobs and the necessary procurement related to executing such jobs. We have in-house architects coordinating and supervising ID works. Paragon has executed complete jobs to the satisfaction of the client and possesses enriched experience in interior fit-outs.
We are a technology-oriented company having the latest project monitoring/scheduling and modeling software. We are the first Construction Company to implement ERP, online progress and live project monitoring. Site connectivity and CCTV at all sites.
Our landmark projects include the third largest mosque in the world, Bahria's Grand Mosque and newly awarded Rafi Cricket Stadium, Pakistan's first modern Cricket Stadium having a seating capacity of 50,000. We were the first to execute post tensioned slabs in a high-rise residential building. We are the First Construction Company to do rammed earth and the only contractor to build three shopping malls in Pakistan. Paragon is currently constructing the majority of high rises.
