Designate Ambassador of Pakistan to Norway Riffat Masood visited Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) House, Karachi. During the meeting with Riffat Masood, Chairman REAP Rafique Suleman and members of Reap's Managing Committee Noman Ahmed Shaikh, Khalid Paracha, newly-elected MC Members Hamid Hussain Qureshi, Nadeem Polani, Inder Lal and Chairman Karachi Wholesale Grocers Association (KWGA) Anees Majeed were also present.
Rafique Suleman, Chairman REAP briefed her about various aspects of rice export trade. He also requested her to study the rice markets of Norway and send the feedback as well as the list of rice importers, so that rice exporters can tap the Norwegian market and increase the share of Pakistani rice, as currently rice exports to Norway is very negligible.
