KARACHI: United Business Group (UBG) President Zubair Tufail Monday urged the business community and all trade bodies to submit suggestions and recommendations for the economy revamp.
He said with UBG its consistent commitment with the business community to developing and promoting economic activities and facilitate the trade bodies and their members across Pakistan has invited proposals keeping in view of objectives: Revamping Taxation System, Documentation of Economy, Employment generation through Industrialization, Promoting a responsive and equitable Taxation System, Infrastructure Development , Trickledown effect of the fiscal space to the grass root level and Investment opportunities etc.
He decided to have consultative meetings with all trade bodies to discuss and finalize their proposals so that the same could be submitted to concerned quarters as proposals for the coming budget.
