Three persons were killed, while eight injured three of them in serious condition, when a speedy passenger bus turned turtle near Kamalia, here on Saturday.
According to reports, a passenger bus DGE-3755 was going to Fort Abbas from Faisalabad.
About 10km away from Kamalia on Chechawatni road, the bus slipped and turned turtle during rain. Resultantly, a leading social worker of Chak Jhumra Rizwan Anjum, Khud Bux 70 years old and an unknown persons were killed and eight injured.
Abdul Waheed and Fazal Ellahi reported to be serious in hospital. Police has registered a case and investigation is in progress.
In another accident, four persons were injured seriously, when their car collided with a coaster number GB465 near Samundri.
