ISLAMABAD: Chairman Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) Marvi Memon said police and bank officials involved in disturbing deserved women will be handled according to the law.
She stated this during visits of Kotri and Bhitt Shah to meet the poor women of the area. She listened problems and difficulties of women and assured them for quick solution, said a press release issued here.
She said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has directed to ensure transparency in BISP and its enhancement to support more and more deserved women so that government funds can be helpful for poor women.
Marvi assured poor women of Bhitt Shah and Kotri that PML-N government would make every possible effort to sort out their problems and difficulties.
She asked Bank officials and Police officials to look after deserve women when they come in the bank or at ATM Machines to withdraw their cash.
