Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty is a fitness freak and a big cricket fan. He shared his views about the ongoing ICC World Cup Tournament. The actor predicts that Indian team will not be able to make it to finals.
According to Indian media reports Sunil Shetty said, "Frankly, there is no more energy left to watch the upcoming world cup matches because good players are not the part of India squad. So, it’s useless to watch the match. I feel very disappointed and angry that experienced players like Yuvraj and Zaheer Khan have been dropped out of the Indian squad for the World Cup tournament”.
“It is sad to see that such experienced players who have contributed so much to the Indian cricket team, today have no place in the upcoming world cup tournament. Yuvraj who has played an integral role in 2011 World Cup has been dropped from playing the world cup come as a huge disappointment. I simply don't understand the logic of the selection team and the Cricket board members who have taken decision to opt out some experienced players from the Indian team,” he added.
He strongly expressed his disappointment over the selection of players for the Indian cricket team in the World Cup matches.
“Indian team will not be able to make it to finals; on the other hand he strongly believes that South Africa will win the World Cup trophy. I really doubt whether India will be able to make it to the finals. It will be a tough match. I strongly feel that South African team will win the trophy. According to me the four teams that will reach the semi-finals will include South Africa, Australia and New Zealand,” ‘Hera Pheri’ actor concluded.
