imageISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday issued another notice to Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi as the first one has not been not complied with.

A two-member bench of Justice Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Noorul Haq N. Qureshi heard the petition filed by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to suspend bail orders of Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, who is allegedly behind the Mumbai attack.

The bench also directed the Ssuperintendent of Adyala Jail to present the compliance report of notices before it.

Earlier FIA prosecutor Mohammad Azhar Chaudhry requested the court to expedite the proceedings. The bench, however, adjourned the case for an indefinite period after issuing the notice to the accused.
