imageAccording to the Times of India Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has allegedly walked out of Nitya Mehra’s upcoming time-travel drama due to his busy schedule.

Roshan recently replaced Aamir Khan to play the lead role, after the latter opted out of the yet-untitled sci-fi drama, reportedly due to remuneration and commercial issues.

Now reports reveal Roshan has also decided to leave the film, as its shoot would clash with his dates that have been allocated to Ashutosh Gowariker's period epic, ‘Mohenjo-Daro’.

The Times of India quoted a source close to production as saying, “Hrithik has already agreed to do Ashutosh Gowariker's period epic, Mohenjo-Daro. The time when Ashutosh's film goes on floor clashes with Excel's time-travel drama. He can only choose one out of the two. Now they are looking for another A-lister. They are planning to approach Ranbir Kapoor for the same role. It remains to be seen if he agrees to do it."

Roshan will start shooting for ‘Mohenjo-Daro’ later this year, after he wraps up Siddharth Raj Anand’s ‘Bang Bang’, which features Katrina Kaif as the lead actress.
