Mufti Naeem dies

LETTER: The Head of Jamia Binoria Al-Aalmia and religious scholar Mufti Muhammad Naeem, who died on Saturday, will always be remembered for his scholarly approach to his work and highly impressive administrative skills. Mufti Naeem, who is said to be suffering from heart and lung diseases, had contributed immensely to the field of religious education in the country. He will also be remembered for his measured and well-articulated responses to a variety of issues during TV talk shows. It is true he successfully converted Jamia Binoria into an internationally-recognized educational institution. May God Almighty shower His blessings on the departed soul and give fortitude to his family to bear this irreparable loss. Ameen
