ISLAMABAD: Spokesperson of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Marriyum Aurangzeb on Tuesday said that the PML-N would halt any pre-poll rigging move and point it out to the observers of the general election.

Talking to a private news channel, she claimed the PML-N had expressed its reservations to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), adding that it was the responsibility of ECP to address apprehensions of all the parties regarding pre-poll rigging.

She was of the view that the ECP should provide a level playing field to all the political parties during the election campaign.

Replying to a question, she claimed opponents of Nawaz Sharif were afraid of the popularity of PML-N. She added that the opponents had been trying to create rift between Sharif brothers since long and they would not succeed in their designs.
