‘Two and a half men’ star Ashton Kutcher sold his big bachelor mansion for $9.92 million as he is expecting his first child with ‘Friend with Benefits’ star Mila Kunis.
Kutcher was apparently asking 412 million for the big mansion. But considering that he purchased it for $8.45 million in 2008, he pocketed a slight profit on the deal.
Reportedly, Mila Kunis wants to move-in into more family friendly home that why Kutcher took this step to sell off his bachelor place.
Kunis has also put her Los Angeles mansion on sale and asking for some $4 million.
Now, the couple has bought a love nest ready for the arrival of their baby next month.
According to media reports, “The couple did move into a huge Beverly Hills house soon after. The Real Estalker revealed that their new house is a 7,351-square-foot single-family home and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. While the house is about 2,000-square-foot smaller than Kutcher’s Hollywood Hills bachelor pad, it is perfect for a growing family.”
