MOSCOW: The number of people unemployed in Russia was 4.1 million, or 5.3 percent of the workforce, in July, after a rate of 5.4 percent in the previous month, the statistics service said on Wednesday.
Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast unemployment of 5.4 percent.
