KARACHI: Sindh Home Department, has imposed a complete ban on pillion riding on motorbike / scooter in Karachi division for a period of 9 days with effect from September 11, to 19.
According to a notification issued here on Wednesday, the ban shall not be applicable on women, children below the age of 12 years, senior citizens, journalists, the personnel of law enforcement agencies/ security agencies in uniform and employees of essential services.
