Hajj 400ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs is set to start consultation process next week for framing new Hajj policy aiming to ensure the provision of maximum facilities to the Hujjaj, said an official.

Talking to APP, he said the new Hajj policy would be finalized in collaboration with the stake holders as the ministry wants to further improve its services to Hujjaj.

The ministry has already given an advertisement in various newspapers urging the Hujjaj to share their experiences and problems during Hajj 2012.

Responding to a question he said, 70 complaints have so far been received against the Private Hajj Group Organisers (HGOs).

Strict action would be taken against operators whose performance was not good during the last year's Hajj.

He said the ministry wants to devise a fool proof system so that the trouble makers for hujjaj could be taken to the task.

He stressed the need to ensure proper training for the intending pilgrims to making the religious obligation error free.
