ISLAMABAD: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $ 14,389.8 million on October 19, 2012, a statement of the State Bank of Pakistan issued on Thursday said.
Giving the break-up of the foreign reserves position, the statement said that Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan stood at $ 9,829.4 million while the Net foreign reserves held by banks (other than SBP) were recorded at $ 4,560.4 million as on October 19,2012.
"The total liquid foreign reserves stood at US $ 14,389.8 million", the statement added.
