Balochistan-AssemblyPESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Finance, Hamayun Khan said Friday Rs 510.7 million were allocated in 2012-13 budget for the exploration and promotion of mineral resources in the province.

In his budget speech here, the minister said a model quarry will be established for the exploration of mineral in district Buner.

He said that for inviting private sectors to invest in mineral development exploration, data of existing resources would be compiled.

He said that allocated amount would be utilized for initiating nine mineral development projects in next financial year.
