(Karachi) At least five children drowned in a pond situated near an under construction building in Surjani Town's Sector 7D, media reported on Sunday.

The rescue officials have retrieved the bodies and shifted them to local hospital for completing legal formalities.

Four of the victims were identified as Abdullah, Maqsood, Zubair and Armaan.
