Futures spread down by 763bps

The futures spread decreased by 763 basis points (bps) to 10.35 per cent at end of the last week down from 17.97 percent a week earlier.

Trading activities on the futures counter improved as average daily turnover increased by 92.7 percent to 187.37 million shares as compared to previous week's average of 97.21 million shares.

Average daily trading value increased by 66.1 per cent to stand at Rs 6.87 billion during this week.
