BUCHAREST: Romania's finance ministry sold a lower than planned 424 million lei ($100.06 million) of June 2024, treasury bonds on Monday at an average accepted yield of 4.46 percent, central bank data showed.
Debt managers last sold the paper in April at 4.53 percent.
So far this year, Romania has sold roughly 15 billion lei and 507 million euros on the local market. It also tapped foreign markets in March for 3 billion euros worth of 2026, 2034, and 2049, Eurobonds.
