ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has claimed that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government printed currency notes of Rs100 billion last month

“I am astonished which type of economic policy has been adopted by the PTI government to show the right way to the people. The government has obtained Rs 3,500 billion record loan during its six months. The inflation is increasing day by day due to wrong economic policies of the government,” PPP Central Punjab President Qamar Zaman Kaira expressed these views in a news conference here on Thursday.

Kaira said that the PTI government has presented third budget in the Parliament during its six months and increased the prices of electricity, oil and gas products and other commodities many times. Now, the government, once again, is going to increase the price of electricity, he said. “We strongly condemn the government on these actions and urge to take measures for the relief of the common people,” he said.

“The government is snatching jobs of the people instead of providing opportunities of employment,” he said.
