Member National Assembly of Muttahida Quomi Movement (Pakistan) from Hyderabad Sabir Kaimkhani has expressed a grave concern over gas load management in Hyderabad, adding that the situation not only brought the civic life miserable but also affecting the industrial production of the city.
Addressing a press conference at Hyderabad Press Club, he along with MQM-P Members of Provincial Assembly on Monday, alleged that the city has been deprived of the gas facility for many months and the domestic gas consumers are finding no way to carry out civic activities. Besides, due to gas load management and low pressure, the industrial activities are badly affected.
He said that Haq Parast elected representatives have approached the SSGL for a number of times for addressing the issue but despite assurances no action has been taken so far. He demanded the authorities concerned to take notice of the situation and directed the SSGL management to ensure uninterrupted gas supply to consumers.
